Job summary About us — a unique motorcycle travel hub nestled in the heart of Colombia's coffee region. Located in La Unión, Valle del Cauca, right off the Pan-American Highway, we host riders from all over the world for: motorcycle rentals and off-road tours, rider training & mechanical workshops, community stays, complete with private rooms, shared spaces, and on-site services, a vibrant, social atmosphere built by and for adventure riders. As we take the next steps in our evolution, we're looking for a committed General Manager to help us bring structure, clarity, and consistent excellence to our day-to-day operations. Responsibilities - Supervise all on-site operations: check-ins, bookings, communication, cleanliness, hospitality - Ensure guests feel welcome, informed, and cared for - Manage the physical space (rooms, kitchen, common areas) : make sure the property is clean, inviting, and running smoothly. - Lead, train, and support staff and volunteers - Translate our existing way of working into scalable processes. - Standardize daily workflows so that they're consistent and easy to follow. - Help monitor budgets and spending - Oversee maintenance, construction, and improvements - Track operational performance using KPIs via Lobbylink and other tools. - Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards - Be a strong on-site presence with initiative and reliability - Coordinate closely with: Tim (Vision & Strategy), Isa (Finance & Admin), Patty (Marketing & Planning), Ron (Mechanics) Skills & Experience - Experience in operations, hospitality, or team leadership - Strong organizational and communication skills - Comfortable with digital tools and systems (e.g. Google Drive, booking platforms) - Fluent in English, Spanish is a big plus - Basic knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and performance monitoring Conditions & Benefits - Compensation based on profile and experience - Long-term opportunity with growth potential - Live and work in a beautiful, rural Colombian setting - Be part of a global community of adventure travelers - Meals included and transportation support negotiable - Discount on moto experiences and community events Descripción del trabajo Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet , consectetur adipiscing elit.
