This position is critical to ensuring accurate gross margin reviews, perpetual inventory controls, and the continuous improvement of financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and experienced in leading both teams and system transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the monthly closing process with a focus on inventory, gross margin, and master data accuracy. Oversee all aspects of inventory accounting, including perpetual controls, reconciliations, and financial analysis. Lead ERP implementation and optimization projects, ensuring data governance and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial and inventory data within the ERP system. Develop reporting tools and dashboards to support variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management. Investigate financial discrepancies related to inventory and gross margin; present findings to senior leadership. Guide the design and continuous improvement of financial and inventory systems architecture. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement. Establish internal controls to ensure compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards. Handle additional responsibilities as assigned. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA certification (mandatory). Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on inventory and data governance. Proven experience implementing and optimizing ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Strong understanding of perpetual inventory management and financial accuracy. Expertise in data governance as applied to financial systems. Demonstrated leadership in open-ended projects and cross-functional teams. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) – both written and spoken. Analytical mindset with a focus on sustainable improvements. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Experience in multinational and multi-currency accounting environments. Knowledge of international accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
