What we offer you in Colombia: Indef inite contract with Intellias Colombia SAS, payment in COP Health, life, funerary and pet insurance for the employee Workation up to 90 day outside Colombia Training and certifications 100% work from home + internet subsidy 100% English environment Required skills: Upper-intermediate (B2) English level or higher 7 years of hands-on experience in Software Testing (web or cloud-based applications) Experience writing test plans, test scripts, test specifications, executing test cases, and debugging Strong skills in designing test scenarios for Web and API testing (Mobile testing is a plus) Hands-on experience with test cycle or test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.) Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, GitHub, GitLab Pipelines, Jenkins, Linux CLI) Basic experience or strong willingness to learn automation tools (Cypress, Selenium, or similar) Ability to document clear, reproducible bug reports and support triage/verification Excellent communication and teamwork skills Will be a plus: Practical experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases Experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger, etc.) Practice or exposure to cloud-based or SaaS testing environments Experience in mobile application testing Responsibilities: Conduct manual testing of software applications across web and API layers to ensure functionality, reliability, and usability Develop and maintain test documentation (test cases, bug reports, test plans) to support transparency and effective quality control Contribute to the design and improvement of test scenarios and testing strategies for new and existing features Support basic automation efforts by assisting in writing and maintaining automated test scripts (under guidance from Senior QA) Identify, document, and track defects; verify bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved Participate in project meetings, provide status updates, and communicate risks or issues to the team Collaborate closely with developers, Senior QA, and product teams to clarify requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage Analyze test results, report findings, and contribute to quality improvement activities Keep up with the latest testing tools, technologies, and best practices; proactively propose process improvements Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Intellias by 2x Get notified about new Automation Test Analyst jobs in Colombia .
