The role suits a hunter-closer who thrives in fast-moving startup environments and enjoys navigating complex enterprise deals. **Key Responsibilities** - Guide deals end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close - Secure multi-year, multi-seat contracts with large enterprise advertisers - Cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders across marketing, data, and procurement - Maintain crystal-clear pipeline visibility in Salesforce and HubSpot - Partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success to fine-tune the sales motion - Leverage Gong to analyze calls, refine messaging, and share winning tactics - Shape positioning and GTM strategy as an early sales hire **Ideal Profile** - 6+ years’ success as an Account Executive within US venture-funded SaaS companies - Proven record closing complex enterprise software deals—multi-seat, multi-year, $100K+ ARR - Mastery of full-cycle selling, from cold outreach through signature - Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong - Background in advertising tech, ad-performance analytics, or data platforms for media buying - Strong communicator comfortable with both technical and business audiences - Willingness to work startup hours aligned to Eastern Time **Nice-to-Haves** - Experience building a sales playbook at an early-stage company - Success selling into marketing, analytics, or data-science teams **Reasons to Join** - Join a growing team at the ground floor of a rocket-ship venture - Represent a product solving real-time challenges in a rapidly evolving market - Collaborate daily with a proven founding team and world-class investors
