As a leading online payment service provider, we deploy more than 400 payment methods and PCI-certified platforms to process approximately 6 million payments every single day. **About the role** We are looking for our next HR Generalist who is energetic, agile, and passionate about people who is a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and conflict management skills, as well as excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment. **What you will do**: - Manage human capital in a proactive and dynamic way for the teams and internal collaborators - Responsible for maintaining job stability and ensuring a good organizational climate. - Assist with all internal and external HR-relatedmatters - Coordinate employee development plans and performance management. - Assist with budget monitoring and payroll. - Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices - Assist with the recruitment process **What you will need to succeed**: - Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related - 5 years of experience as a HR Coordinator or HR Generalist - Previous experience on change Management strategies - Experience on: Payroll processes, Compensation and benefits plans, Talent acquisition and recruitment processes - Excellent written and verbal communication skills [English B2-C1] - Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations. - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills **About us**: **Our Commitment To Building A Diverse And Inclusive Workforce** As a global and multi-cultural organization with varied ethnicities thriving across locations, we realize that our responsibility towards fulfilling the D&I; commitment is huge.
