Guide customers through application installations and troubleshoot any issues they encounter. Utilize desktop support tools to efficiently resolve customer inquiries. Collaborate with our software development team to escalate and resolve critical issues. Proactively maintain high customer satisfaction levels by providing exceptional service. Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Support Engineer or in a related technical role. Solid understanding of MS SQL and proficiency in Python. A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Computer Science is a plus. Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Ability to work independently, take initiative, and learn quickly. Strong analytical and technical skills with a positive, "can-do" attitude. Flexibility to work weekends and shifts as needed. Bonus points for experience in the retail industry! A strong understanding of supply chain systems is a significant advantage. Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms is a plus.
