As a Project Engineer, you’ll oversee all engineering deliverables for your scope, from design validation and approvals to procurement, compliance, and on-site execution. You’ll collaborate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Foremen, coordinating with planning, commercial, and MEP teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance. Join us to lead efforts that shape the region’s digital future. About Your Team This role reports to the Operations Director and is part of the ALEC Data Centre Solutions core team. The project delivery team manages execution, coordination, stakeholder engagement, and quality control across all construction phases, working closely with Planning, Commercial, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and Site Operations. Your Role Review and interpret civil engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for accurate execution. Manage material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and risk assessments. Monitor site progress, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence. Maintain accurate documentation and reports. Support planning, cost control, and procurement activities. Proactively resolve technical and site issues. Participate in inspections, testing, and project handovers. What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 5–10 years of experience in large-scale civil construction projects. Strong knowledge of concrete, formwork, structural works, and finishing. Familiarity with construction codes, safety standards, and QA/QC procedures. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project planning tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project). Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
