We are currently seeking an experienced Head Chef to join COYA. This is a seasonal position with potential for future openings. Minimum 5 years of previous experience in a similar role within a high-end brand. Responsibilities include overall management of kitchen staffing levels, aligning them with business trends while maintaining the highest standards of service and quality, and adhering to the agreed labor budget. You will be responsible for managing all staffing issues within the Kitchen department, including rotas, hiring, holiday cover, in-house training, professional development, performance management, and providing daily performance feedback. Fluent spoken and written proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential. We offer an ongoing training program and interactive induction.
