Head of Construction, Maintenance, and Property Operations At 9606 Capital, a firm specialized in industrial real estate investments and outdoor storage, we are seeking a highly capable professional with proven experience in team leadership, construction management, and operational process improvement. This role will be critical in the execution and oversight of projects, as well as in strengthening communication among operations, administration, and property management teams. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate construction, renovations, and maintenance of industrial properties. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, managing vendors and contractors. Lead operational and administrative teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability. Improve internal processes and interdepartmental communication to ensure efficiency and traceability. Manage and track tasks and projects using tools like ClickUp, Yardi, FMX, DroneDeploy, and others. Serve as a liaison with tenants and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Generate progress reports, operational alerts, and documentation for executive management. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in civil works management, property maintenance, and team leadership. At least 8 years experience in construction Strong skills in process management, cross-functional communication, and problem-solving. Proficient in digital tools for project and infrastructure management (e.g., ClickUp, Yardi, FMX, DroneDeploy). Proactive, organized, and an excellent communicator—both verbal and written. Experience in the industrial real estate or storage sector is preferred.
