What You’ll Do POS System Implementation & Configuration Spearhead the deployment of POS systems in new and existing stores, ensuring every setup is spot-on. Configure POS software for payment processing, inventory tracking, and reporting—customizing it to fit our needs. Integrate POS systems with third-party tools like accounting software, CRM, and loyalty programs for a seamless operation. Technical Support & Troubleshooting Be the go-to expert for POS issues, quickly diagnosing and fixing hardware, software, and network glitches. Partner with vendors and IT crews to solve tricky problems and keep our systems humming. Training & User Empowerment Train store managers and staff to master POS features, turning them into confident users. Craft clear guides, manuals, and FAQs to make system use a breeze. Provide ongoing support to keep operations smooth and customer service stellar. Analyze POS performance and suggest upgrades to boost efficiency and accuracy. Ensure our systems meet security standards and company policies, keeping data safe. Spot ways to automate tasks and sharpen reporting for smarter business decisions. Team up with Operations, IT, and Finance to align POS capabilities with our goals. Deliver reports on system performance and sales data to spark strategic wins. Help evaluate new POS tech to keep us ahead of the game. Who You Are Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years in POS system implementation, IT support, or retail operations. Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise with POS platforms like PAR Technology, Lightspeed, Square, Toast, or similar. Solid know-how in network setups, database management, and payment integrations. Advanced skills in Excel, Google Workspace, and reporting tools. Language: Advanced English (B2/C1)—key for technical communication and training. Bonus: Experience in retail or food & beverage operations. Interpersonal Strengths: A problem-solver who thrives on cracking technical challenges.
