Key Responsibilities Source and secure reliable carriers for available loads through internal tools and freight platforms. Negotiate competitive rates and build long-term carrier relationships. Track shipment progress and resolve in-transit issues promptly. Ensure clear, professional communication with internal teams and clients. Meet or exceed daily and monthly KPIs and commission goals. Contribute to team success through proactive collaboration and feedback. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Trade, or related fields (preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, logistics, or transportation. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
