Criminal law experience is a plus but not required. This role involves both legal case support and administrative assistance, with direct communication to clients in both English and Spanish. You'll work closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure smooth and efficient case handling from intake to documentation. Key Responsibilities Client Interaction: Answer inbound calls from prospective and current clients Collect and record necessary client information for case preparation Case Support: Draft car accident-related paperwork for attorney review Order and follow up on medical records Assist in preparing draft demand packages Ensure accurate, compliant, and thorough documentation Administrative Duties: Maintain organized and up-to-date client records and case files Provide light assistant support to attorneys as needed Required Qualifications Language: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken – non-negotiable) Comfortable with a variety of spoken English accents Education & Experience: College-educated (Legal or Paralegal studies preferred) Legal/paralegal experience required (immigration or accident law experience is a bonus) Prior experience with U.S.-based legal firms is strongly preferred. Skills: Strong written English (used daily in documentation) High social intelligence and professionalism when speaking with clients Well-organized and detail-oriented Proactive, reliable, and flexible
