We are searching the best talent for a **CATEGORY BUYER II** to be Located in _Cali (Colombia) or San José (Brazil)_ You will be **responsible** for: - Ensure that LATAM business needs are met by implementing projects that deliver short-term and long-term results and value for Packaging category. - Cost And Complexity Reduction Projects Implementation - Teamwork with multifunctional teams, as technical, supply chain and quality to drive alignment on projects implementation. - Coordinate the implementation of the projects with all functional areas in which participation is required - Update and track the project implementation phases in the “Planisware” system, supporting the regional report elaboration with global teams - Actively participate with regional and global teams for alignment on implementing initiatives impacting Direct Materials Spend pools and Supply Chain overall by collaboration and teaming. - Actively participate in financial exercises, such as Business Plan, and ensure that Net Cost Change are being accurately tracked for the given projects implementation. - Analyze internal process trends and recommend improvements for the project implementation process. - Connect with on-site Procurement teams to ensure reliability of packaging components that are being implemented. **Calificaciones** Qualifications** - Bachelor degree is required. - MBA or Post Graduation preferred. - Fluent in English is required.**Spanish preferred.**: - **Proven experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement is preferred.**: - Collaboration, Team Working and Clear Communication skills are required. - Tolerance to pressure and tenacity, data accuracy, independence and ability to work and deliver results in different SC operation units (LATAM countries). **Ubicación principal** Colombia-Valle del Cauca-Cali - **Organización** Johnson & Johnson de Colombia S.A.
