As a Marketing Sales Development Representative, you will generate qualified prospects as well as create strong and ongoing relationships with them to meet sales quotas. Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: Conduct Sales calls with pre-qualified and cold leads Effectively overcome objections and set meetings Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM Attend weekly sales meetings to review proformance, recieve coaching, and align strategy Build and nuture strong client relationships REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS What would help you succeed: Believe and love what you do. Negotiation skills. Detail-oriented. Goal-oriented. Energetic and proactive. Recursive and decisive. Minimum requirements: Studies: High School Degree is required . Having a Bachelor's degree is not required but is a plus, desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Finances, Logistics or any other career-related. Experience: Experience in Logistics is required. At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, cold calling, lead generation or related. Familiarity with CRM platforms Language: Advanced English skills. B2+, C1. Perks: Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. We work by the American calendar. Contract: Indefinite term contract. Places: Remote Colombia. Salary: $3.850.000 + USD Comissions.
