What you will do The Manager role applies strategic consulting expertise in purchasing, supply chain management, business process outsourcing and technology to drive GEP forward. Responsibilities: - Leading strategic sourcing and category management projects. - Identifying and implementing process improvement ideas for improved efficiencies and cost savings. - Meeting service level requirements and driving exceptional client satisfaction. - Interacting with senior levels in client organizations. - Strategic Client Management & Client Relationship Building. - Coaching and mentoring consultants. - Firm building activities including recruiting and training. - Participating in Firm Growth Strategy and Execution activities. - Knowledge and Intellectual Capital building for the firm. Requirements: - 10+ years of consulting Procurement experience. - Solid procurement knowledge. - BA/BS Degree required. - Strong analytical and reporting skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - Ability to lead and manage meetings. - Experience in leading small and medium size projects and assignments. - Ability to work in self-managed and team environments. - Good record of interaction with customers.
