We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Python Developer to join a team that is revolutionizing the real estate sector in Colombia. The company’s goal is to make property management and access to financial services based on real estate easier and more accessible throughout Colombia and LATAM. The salary range is 6,000,000 COP to 8,000,000 COP per month, depending on the candidate's experience and seniority. Candidates from other Latin American countries may be considered. Candidates in a time zone outside of the western hemisphere will NOT be considered. The role is 100% Remote. ALL RESUMES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISH Responsibilities: - Lead the development of real estate and financial services platforms for the Colombian and LATAM markets. - Build and maintain scalable backend systems using Python and Docker. - Manage databases with Postgres and MongoDB. - Configure and consume HTTP services, ideally using libraries like Axios. - Deploy and manage services on AWS. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Requirements: - Fluent in English — YOU MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE A FLUENT PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION IN ENGLISH. - 5+ years of experience in software development. - Strong command of Python and Docker. - Experience working with AWS services. - Solid experience with Postgres and MongoDB databases. - (Plus) Experience consuming HTTP APIs with libraries like Axios. - Strong leadership and project management skills. - Proactive, autonomous, and passionate about transforming the financial and real estate markets in LATAM.
