About the role: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Specialist to help grow our client’s membership base. In this role, you will make outbound cold calls to business owners and industry leaders, introduce them to the benefits of joining the community, and set qualified appointments for the membership director. Your efforts will directly support entrepreneurs in the solar space by connecting them with a valuable network and resource hub. Experience In The Home Services Industry Is Preferred. What you’ll be doing: Conduct outbound cold calls to leads and prospects across residential and commercial markets Clearly communicate service offerings to generate interest Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the membership director Maintain detailed records of calls, outcomes, and scheduled appointments in CRM tools Follow up with prospects as needed to confirm or reschedule appointments Meet or exceed daily/weekly appointment setting targets Who are we looking for? 3+ years of experience in customer service, cold calling, appointment setting, or call handling in a service-oriented environment. Fluent in English with a clear, professional, and neutral or native-level accent—strong verbal communication is essential. Proven track record of handling high call volumes while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Strong written communication skills and a friendly, confident phone demeanor. Ability to quickly resolve lead objections and secure appointments with minimal supervision. Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform to manage leads, track interactions, and schedule appointments efficiently.
