Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist We are seeking an experienced Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist to collaborate with our recruiting team in identifying and engaging top-tier engineering talent. This contract-based role requires working PST hours. - The ideal candidate will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend hiring needs for engineering, data, and product roles. - They will source and engage passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other online communities. - Crafting personalized outreach messages that drive high response rates is a key responsibility. - Maintaining organized pipelines and tracking progress in the applicant tracking system is crucial. - Initial screens will be conducted to evaluate technical skills and interest. - The selected candidate must deliver a consistent flow of qualified candidates while maintaining a strong focus on quality. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting for engineering roles. - Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, Boolean search, and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. - Familiarity with technical roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, and Product Managers. - Excellent communication and time management skills. - Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever). - Availability to work core PST hours is mandatory.
