Role Overview As the Area Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations and supervision of Radiological Technologists and/or Sonographers in your designated region, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will be responsible for patient care, patient flow, and quality standards that meet or exceed our company's expectations. Key Responsibilities Scheduling & Staffing: Plan and implement schedules and staffing within your region. Performance Monitoring: Forecast service needs for personnel management, capital equipment, and departmental P&L.; Compliance: Ensure adherence to State Regulations and Laws and all applicable Radiation and Health Department rules. Supervision: Personally oversee all staff in your region. Clinical Interaction: Maintain direct clinical interaction during the performance of studies. Communication: Ensure quality studies through communication between management and technologists. Staff Evaluations: Conduct 90-day and annual staff evaluations. Employee Advocacy: Assess and advocate for employee needs to management. Image Quality: Review and maintain image quality. Supply Management: Order supplies, equipment, and manage repairs. Inventory: Maintain an inventory of equipment within your region. Training: Orient new employees to company policies and procedures. Technical Support: Assist technologists in solving technical issues. Coaching: Identify and correct problem behaviors through coaching and counseling. Payroll Review: Ensure productivity and resource control through timely payroll reviews. Dispatch Communication: Maintain consistent patient care and turnaround times. Strategy Implementation: Plan and implement strategies consistent with the company's goals. Radiology Services: Perform X-rays/Ultrasounds as necessary. Fleet Management: Schedule maintenance for vehicles/equipment. Dosimetry Reports: Monitor and retain dosimetry reports. Credentialing & Training: Oversee technologist credentialing, training, and service quality. Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety policies and report incidents immediately. Physical demands may occur 16 to 24 times per day. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Have at least two (2) years' experience in the mobile field Have at least two (2) years' experience in a supervisory capacity. Must have and maintain valid State Rad Tech/CRT and ARRT, ARDMS/CCI certification. Must have and maintain valid Driver's License. Must be willing to travel up to 50% within service area Apply Today!
