Job Brief Capabilities, Operations, Systems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC) Job Description We're searching for talented individuals who provide intelligence, engineering, and mission management expertise for the Government. Responsibilities include: Working closely with national-level customers to capture and document requirements for next-generation systems. Participating in meetings, working groups, and product reviews to monitor system engineering plans, development, and deployment of space and ground processing systems. Producing documentation of customer requirements and mapping how these will be satisfied by capabilities deployed across the IC enterprise. Participating in structured analysis of alternatives (AoA) decision-making processes. Communicating effectively with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives. Required Knowledge and Skills Understanding of National SIGINT technologies, capabilities, and system components (space systems, ground stations, processing systems). Knowledge of national collection requirements prioritization and associated processes. Understanding of policy constraints related to lawful SIGINT operations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to represent the customer organization in requirements working groups and technical forums. Capabilities of the SIGINT Architect Providing strategic direction, roadmaps, and standards. Creating and maintaining architecture designs and standards. Developing high-level system specifications. Supporting Systems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC). Collaborating with engineers on design solutions. Evaluating emerging technologies for solution impact. Working independently and effectively managing tasks. Developing future technology and architectural advancements aligned with customer goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field with at least 15 years of systems engineering experience. Master's or PhD may substitute for two years of experience. Alternatively, a High School Diploma or GED plus 19 years of systems engineering experience is acceptable. Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph. Additional Information Pay Range: $221,000 - $278,000 The RealmOne pay range is a guideline; actual compensation considers role responsibilities, educational background, experience, and competencies.
