Required Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on custom development and integration. - Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified App Builder are highly preferred. - Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, SOSL, and other Salesforce development tools and technologies. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration. - Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi). - Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
