Job Description As the Senior Producer, you will play a crucial role as a strategic member of our team. Your objective will be to lead and oversee the production process, ensuring high-quality delivery within a fast-paced environment. Your leadership skills, ability to collaborate effectively, and assertive communication style will be essential in driving the success of our projects. Additionally, you will work closely with our business development team, utilizing your expertise to generate accurate and compelling proposals that support our efforts in acquiring new business. Your responsibilities will also involve working together with production craft leads and managing a group of internal employees and/or contractors who are instrumental in delivering projects for the organization. By fulfilling this role, you will contribute to the growth and success of our company by ensuring the seamless execution of production processes and by fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Here's what your responsibilities will be: Scope development Hot sheets, timelines and resourcing Mentorship of associate project managers and mentorship from your supervising project Managers Ensures team adheres to HB process Embraces the use of new tools Process improvements and applications in collaboration with Directors of Production Team health oversight; fosters a positive working relationship between team members Client rec sheet collaboration with business manager Partners with BM, RM and Finance to monitor project health and raises flags appropriately Proactively identifies opportunities to find process efficiencies and engages appropriate stakeholders to initiate the change Team building and leadership Qualifications: Across 5-7 years of experience in project management , you know what it takes to slay Project Management. Advanced English Level B2+ Scope development including timing and assumptions (with supervision) Clear and concise Client and vendor communication Ownership of project status updates and running of hot sheet Owning anywhere from 4-6 high-profile projects at a time , along with your standard run of Projects Ability to raise flags in a timely fashion and offer solutions Understands dependencies in projects and impact of delays in overall project success Demonstrates ability to be highly organized in all aspects of the work Is comfortable with ambiguity and eager and able to get input from the team on how to create clarity Has a mastery of PM tools including PHQ, Smartsheet, and Jira Brings a positive, solutions-oriented attitude to work every day Strong communication skills, and comfortability partnering with team members across various levels and disciplines Experience managing both print and digital tactics Healthcare/pharma experience extremely preferred Is able to forecast project revenue based on established timeline(s) #J-18808-Ljbffr
