Troubleshoot and fix P1/P2 global incidents & RCA 2. Monitor LAN/WAN performance to ensure integrity and performance 3. Submit Change Management Requests (CRQs) to support network carrier maintenance requests 4. Assist in proactive investigation (PAI) process 5. Monitor and report network problems in accordance with published Service Level Agreements This position supports the Technology Operations Center (TOC).
