Base pay range $15,000.00/yr - $19,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from CPI Service, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling We are US-based home services business (Plumbing and HVAC) looking to add an experienced bookkeeper to our remote team in Colombia. We are looking for a candidate with the following characteristics: Excellent spoken English (C1 or higher) At least 3 years of QBO experience, ideally in a small business environment Accounting or Finance degree followed by at least 5 years of work experience Ability to travel to the US for training purposes Responsibilities: Quickbooks (QBO): Match/Classify transaction Monthly close Prepare financial statements A/P: Classify credit card transactions Manage our AP system (Ramp) Match material bills to jobs and activities (requires regular interaction and calls with our team) Maintain spreadsheet with materials and subcontract cost A/R and Collections: Monitor invoice aging, send invoice reminders, and resolve collection issues. Call customers to resolve invoice issues. Manage collection process Create new invoices supporting our existing billing team Payroll: Support employee time tracking Help process employee timecards Requirements: QBO: Several years of experience using Quickbooks Online. Previous experience using QBO Classes and performing journal entries Google sheets: Expert level expertise using Google Sheets or Excel Accounting: Knowledge about accounting principles.
