Create, manage, and analyze online marketing campaigns across display, search, affiliates, and social media to ensure acquisition and conversion goals are met Manage online marketing campaigns including ad copywriting and testing, bid management, landing page optimization, budget management, creative testing, etc. Research, collect and analyze data, leverage internal and external resources, and data sources to report on successes and actionable opportunities for the online marketing campaigns Generate and disseminate management reporting to ensure that the wider team is aware of campaign performance trends Meet with the clients, understands their needs, and create the strategy with them. **REQUIRED SKILLS** 1-3 years of experience in using digital marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Facebook Business, etc.) Ability to work independently and learn new skills and marketing platforms quickly Ability to make data-driven decisions & craft a story out of data to be shared across the company Knowledge of attribution models, website analytics, and performance marketing campaign KPIs Proficiency with Microsoft Office Self-motivated **Full-time job Monday - Friday 8 am-6 pm Colombian time** **Internet and computer must be covered by the employee** **Salary**: $4,000,000 - $4,500,000 per month
