About The Position The Sales Manager in AdTech will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies to drive the growth of the company in the Colombian market. This role requires experience in the digital advertising industry, technical knowledge of advertising technology platforms (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, etc.), exceptional negotiation skills, and a results-oriented mindset. The Sales Manager will manage relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to achieving revenue targets. Main Responsibilities Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement sales plans aligned with the company business objectives. Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients. Manage the sales pipeline and report progress to the commercial leadership. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure revenue targets are met. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, brands, and other key players in the AdTech ecosystem. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Promotion Of AdTech Solutions Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of advertising technology platforms (programmatic advertising, data analytics, etc.). Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, accounts, product, and operations teams to optimize service delivery. The Ideal Candidate Will Have at least 5 years of experience in the digital media ecosystem. Be knowledgeable about media agencies and passionate about media and online advertising. Understand the digital advertising ecosystem: programmatic, attribution models, first-party data, etc. Exhibit excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently, effectively, and courteously. Be confident, proactive, quick to learn, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and effectively. Have strong technical knowledge and understanding of ad-serving and tracking technologies.
