Learn more at www.zicasso.com/careers . The Role We seek a highly motivated Manager of Partner Success with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for international travel. This is a remote, freelance contractor role, working from outside the U.S., preferably in Latin America. Your responsibilities include coaching our travel company partners to improve sales conversion and efficiency, increasing revenue. Key tasks involve: Analyzing sales performance One-on-one coaching on sales practices Developing and evolving data-driven sales strategies Our partners are top boutique tour companies globally, and this role is crucial for mutual growth. Flexibility exists in work hours, but alignment with California hours (up to 3:00 p.m. PT) is preferred. All communication is in English. Key Responsibilities Manage partner relationships and drive sales growth Build and maintain strong relationships, focusing on revenue enhancement Analyze sales data to identify opportunities Develop tailored coaching plans Monitor metrics and provide feedback Conduct video coaching and create improvement plans Lead onboarding and training sessions Design scalable training processes, including e-learning and coaching Maintain best practices documentation and online learning resources Ensure partners deliver excellent traveler experiences Identify process improvements for partner success Collaborate internally to address challenges and growth opportunities Required Skills and Experience 5+ years in sales within the luxury travel industry Exceptional relationship-building skills Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented Travel experience and curiosity about international destinations Excellent communication skills in English Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to meet performance targets independently Effective time management Tech-savvy with Google Workspace proficiency Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking Flexible work hours for global collaboration What We Offer Remote work with flexible hours Innovative, collaborative culture Annual learning stipend Two international company-sponsored trips annually Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Business Development and Sales Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
