Responsibilities - Create, maintain, and update an accurate downtime timetable, integrating new studio releases and ensuring clear communication with all involved parties. - Manage and establish maintenance procedures for the Live Casino Production line to meet expected performance standards, prioritizing preventive and predictive measures. - Supervise and lead the maintenance teams, ensuring effective execution of maintenance tasks and the timely reopening of studios post-maintenance. - Continuously improve the downtime process and recommend measures to enhance departmental performance and operational efficiency. - Develop detailed reports on downtime activities and coordinate with external contractors, project management, and safety personnel to ensure smooth operations. - Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage responsibilities across a rotating shift schedule.
