Accurately input and update information in the HCP education event management system, including event dates, participant information, and compliance details, in collaboration with the Medical Education Specialist and Medical Education Manager. Maintain and update records related to HCP consulting agreements, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with the Medical Education team for necessary approvals. Track and organize invoices, expenses, and other financial data, ensuring accurate entry into the system and notifying the Medical Education Specialist and Manager when payments are processed. Assist in the coordination of event logistics, ensuring all details are entered into the system and communicated to relevant teams. Support the processing of exhibit, sponsorship, and grant requests by tracking requests and ensuring they adhere to guidelines in collaboration with the Medical Education team. Maintain digital and physical records of agreements, expense reports, and event documentation under the guidance of the Medical Education team. Ensure compliance with internal processes by following workflows and supporting documentation preparation for events and expenses. Assist with purchase order (PO) and invoicing processes, ensuring data accuracy and final approvals. Prepare reports by extracting data from internal systems for analysis. Analyze trends in event registrations and expenses to contribute to process improvements. Support the preparation of expense report metrics for reporting purposes. What will you need to be successful? A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field is a plus but not required. At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or data entry role, with exposure to event coordination being advantageous.
