Responsibilities - Customer Selling Interaction - Development of customer relationships and customer loyalty plan. - Registration of RFQ's & Preparation of quotes in the ERP system. Quote follow up and closing of orders - Responsible for the developing and maintaining sales and customer relationships in alignment with external sales - Actively works with external sales to secure success of Food & Water Separation Service business. - Improve / keep up to date the information in our CRM system. - Data Driven Sales & Lead Management - Analyze sales, prepare regular Heat Transfer Solutions Service Sales Statistics and suggest / propose strategies in order improve our market position - Identify new services and upgrading solutions directly to the End Users and share with external sales. - Able to identify hidden business opportunities through customer enquiries Technical Knowledge - Participates in customer seminars and education programs. - Technical clarification and advise to customer regarding Food & Water Separation Service. Skills - Knowledge of sales competencies (value selling, negotiation skills, sales planning) - Market and product knowledge (Alfa Laval Product Portfolio) - Experience with technical sales - Excellent relationship building abilities - Experience with CRM system - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Intermediate/Advanced English language proficiency. Desired requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or commercial roles, ideally in technical or industry sales - Availability to travel 5-10% of the time.
