Bug Tracking: Identify, log, and manage defects using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium or Postman. Technical Skills: 4+ years of experience in manual testing, with at least 1 year of experience in automation testing. Manual Testing: Strong expertise in functional, regression, exploratory, and UI/UX testing for web and mobile platforms. Soft Skills: Leadership Communication: Clear, concise, and empathetic communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Consultative Mindset: Actively listen to client needs, propose well-informed solutions, and set realistic expectations. Adaptability: Flexibility to embrace new technologies and adjust strategies as needed. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with well-prioritized goals.
