Colombia, Hematology/Oncology Account Manager Massive Bio is a rapidly growing health-tech startup founded in 2015, dedicated to providing every cancer patient with access to clinical trials regardless of location or financial situation. Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials addresses every friction point in traditional clinical trial enrollment. Privately held and headquartered in Boca Raton, FL, our passionate change-making team is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Account Manager based in Colombia. We are looking for a Hematology/Oncology Account Manager to join our team remotely. The role involves focusing on Massive Bio's clinical trial enrollment services and visiting Hematologist/Oncologist offices. Ideally, candidates will have experience in a Biotech/Pharma environment. Reporting to the Regional Manager, Provider Engagement, the Hematology/Oncology Account Manager will: Initiate, nurture, and manage provider networks to build patient identification channels, including physicians, Patient Advocacy Groups, Physician Associations, CROs, Hospitals/Health Systems, Insurance Companies, and NGS Labs by visiting and contacting them. Identify and support agreements for strategic partnerships to expand Massive Bio's operations in Colombia. Identify and support agreements with referring hospitals and physicians near recruiting sites for contracted Clinical Trials. Promote and present Massive Bio's services to the provider network, maintaining regular follow-up. Follow up on patient referrals from providers to enroll patients in contracted Clinical Trials. Support patient engagement through direct channels, including patient calls and medical records collection. Manage patient referrals and retention. Provide timely updates to Massive Bio’s CRM about field activities, including communication with physicians and reporting results to internal teams. Candidate Profile: BS/BA degree or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of sales experience in Hematology/Oncology, preferably with reputable pharma companies, Labs, or Biotech. An extensive network of Hematologists/Oncologists. Ability to travel to healthcare providers' offices and hospitals, using public transport or personal vehicle (reimbursed for mileage or transport). Native in the local language; advanced English skills are a plus. Familiarity with medical terminology, clinical trials, and the healthcare system. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
