We recently launched Plis, a new line of coconut lemonades and coconut milk drinks for the whole family.Job Summary:The Bilingual Executive Assistant to the President is responsible for comprehensively supporting the President of the company, managing administrative, organizational and communication activities. Her main objective is to optimize the President's time and functions, facilitating decision-making and ensuring the efficient flow of information between the different departments and strategic partners.Main Responsibilities:Coordinate the President's daily, weekly and monthly agenda.Organize meetings, conferences, business trips and internal and external events.Ensure the President's punctuality and preparation for his/her commitments.Prepare, review and file documents, reports and presentations.Manage correspondence and communications, ensuring timely responses.Act as a liaison between the Presidency and the different departments.Manage relationships with clients, suppliers and strategic partners.Coordinate the logistics of meetings with senior management and other executives.Organize corporate events, both internal and external.Coordinate travel, vehicle rentals, lodging, among others.Prepare reports and research that facilitate the President's decision making.Monitor key projects and coordinate the execution of strategic decisions.Coordinate and follow up on special projects assigned by the Presidency.Ensure compliance with the deadlines and objectives of said projects.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communication or similar. (Required)Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment. (Required)English C1- C2. Advanced level.
