Job Description As a Reservations Analyst , you’ll be at the core of delivering seamless guest experiences—managing bookings, aligning with internal teams, ensuring accuracy in data, and supporting global clientele from contract to arrival. You’ll help bridge systems and service in the new world of flexible stays. Visit https://bit.ly/EmaptaTrainingCalendar) The Qualifications We Seek At least 2 years of relevant work experience Demonstrated proficiency in fundamental computer skills including but not limited to word processing, Microsoft Excel , PowerPoint , and Outlook / Teams Experience with Apaleo , Monday.com , and Hubspot CRM a plus Self-starter, results-driven, able to work independently and develop creative solutions to complex problems Systematic and process-oriented mindset with strong administrative skills Comfortable with change; thrives in dynamic, ever-changing environments Team-oriented mindset; ready to support teammates beyond designated responsibilities Compassionate and dedicated to guest support Accountable and action-oriented with a strong sense of ownership Detail-focused for accuracy in data entry and big-picture strategic analysis Excellent communicator with a habit of documenting decisions and sharing updates regularly Your Daily Tasks Input all Hospitality Sales reservations into systems with accuracy and attention to detail Serve as the point of contact for Hospitality Sales guests from contract signing to day of arrival (includes weekend and late shift support: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. ET) Maintain comprehensive knowledge of rate plans, room types, and products across existing and new assets Support Hospitality Sales clients by applying knowledge of offerings to deliver exceptional guest experiences Maintain in-depth understanding of unique properties and their surrounding areas to communicate effectively with clients Communicate proactively with Property Teams to align on weekly Hospitality Sales guest expectations and specific needs Review all reservations to ensure correct rate plans, accurate billing details, and proper routing setup Manage new and existing reservations for internal stakeholders, including corporate, group, and internal travel bookings Operate as the inventory gatekeeper and perform basic analyses of room nights, rates, and revenue data Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly inventory usage reports and generate reports on demand Prepare weekly occupancy forecasts and distribute them to all departments Collect and enter data accurately for reporting and analysis Conduct strategic data analysis to support decision-making and planning Your Future Team at Emapta Latam Join Emapta Latam and contribute to our legacy of transforming global outsourcing.
