Improve Driver Experience as a Senior Analyst We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. As a key member of the community team, you will be responsible for overseeing agents who execute programs aimed at enhancing the Early Life Cycle experience for drivers in Spanish Speaking Latin America. Responsibilities include: - Managing and supporting a team of agents responsible for delivering onboarding and engagement touchpoints to new drivers. - Developing, testing, and iterating training materials and communication deliverables to boost driver activation and satisfaction. - Analyzing operational data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities and optimize agent performance and content effectiveness. - Documenting and implementing best practices across markets, ensuring consistency while allowing for local adaptation. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Operations, Marketing) to ensure a seamless and customer-centric driver experience. - Anticipating risks in program execution, planning mitigation strategies, and addressing unforeseen challenges proactively.
