Job title: Jr Product Assistant We are currently looking for a Jr Product Assistant with proficiency in English located in Barranquilla, Colombia. You will be expected, but not limited to comply the following mission and tasks: Your Mission: You will be working under the direction of our Product Team and use our proprietary tools and resources to assist the team in their day-to-day duties. Your main Tasks: Assist with outreach to new and existing activity and transportation suppliers. Request and track net rates, special offers, seasonal pricing, and terms. Coordinate and follow up on contracts, amendments, and required documentation. Maintain accurate supplier records, rate sheets, and contract status in our internal systems. Participate in internal product meetings and supplier calls as needed. Assist with market research. Assist in the vetting process of activity and transportation suppliers. Assist in the making of the weekly product newsletter. Keep track of product updates. Necessary skills: Humble, eager to learn and have a positive attitude. Not afraid of challenges and being a team player. Good proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. A fast learner with tech savvy products (HubSpot CRM, Travefy Itinerary builder, etc.) Experienced with the use of Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) & Google suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets) Customer service oriented and an excellent communicator (Spoken and written). Responsible for a strong work ethic. A passion for travel and understanding of activity and transport services is highly valued Organizational skills.
