What will I be doing? As a banquet Waiter/ess (Server), you will be responsible for: Managing guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with licensing and liquor regulations for residents and non-residents Having extensive knowledge of the menu and all products Ensuring mise-en-place is well stocked at all floor stations Following correct reporting procedures if faced with issues Delivering Food and Beverage orders of a consistently high standard and in a timely manner Practicing Hilton grooming standards, including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation What are we looking for?
