Requirements - Proven experience in media design, brand representation, or similar roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing personal branding work. - Demonstrable experience working with executive profiles and understanding the nuances of high-level personal branding. - Significant experience in either the hospitality industry (hotels, nightclubs, restaurants) or with large-scale consumer brand marketing and media. - Proficiency in industry-standard design and media production software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). - Strong understanding of digital media trends, social media platforms, and content optimization techniques. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging and impactful media. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling. - Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Discreet and professional in handling sensitive information and executive profiles. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
