About the role: We are seeking a Salesforce Operations Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team to drive efficiency within our organization’s CRM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Customer Support teams. The role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities, data management and process automation. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, a background in ERP and CRM systems, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for strategically evaluating the CRMs functionalities, generating reports, documenting and implementing processes, as well as driving improvements. What you will do: Execute the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our Salesforce Platform. Provide both technical and analytical support for strategic system initiatives and projects. Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks. Manage Salesforce integrations with ERP systems and other third-party applications. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze organizational data to develop new ad-hoc visualizations, scorecards and dashboards to support decision making and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure data integrity by performing regular data audits, validation, and cleaning. Develop and maintain dashboards, custom reports, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Process Optimization: Develop processes that adhere the Commercial team to accountable standards for reporting their activity. Work with commercial, finance, and operations teams to improve data quality, key processes and add automation. Document all Salesforce processes, updates and modifications to configurations. User Support and Training: Be quick to respond to issues and finding resolutions to problems in a timely manner Provide end-user support and training to users to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce functionalities. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce. What do we expect from you: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Analyst. Salesforce Administrator certification (Salesforce Certified Administrator) is required; additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus. Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with Salesforce. Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption. Strong understanding of customer relationship management platforms, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity. A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements. Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to independently identify, research, and resolve issues. Sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus.
