Main Activities: - Perform directcommercial attention with the dealer network in Colombia, being themain point of contact for issues related to the product and serviceprovided. - Manage negotiations related to the activation ofspecific products, ensuring compliance with commercial goals andobjectives. - Develop sales and activation strategies, customizingthem according to the needs of each dealership and the local marketcontext. - Provide ongoing consulting to dealers, offering ideas,training and support to maximize sales performance and promoteproduct loyalty. - Monitor and analyze dealer sales performance,identifying opportunities for improvement and recommendingstrategic actions. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensuredealers have the necessary support for successful activations. -Participate in relevant meetings, events and trainings,representing the company and maintaining strong relationships withdealers. - Prepare detailed reports on business activities, dealerperformance and negotiation results. - Develop and execute trainingprograms for network sales teams, ensuring they understand and areable to effectively communicate the benefits of services. -Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to developstrategies to drive subscription of services through thedealerships. - Coordinate and participate in events, either atdealerships or auto shows to promote services and conduct liveproduct demonstrations. Requirements: - Professional in businessadministration, engineering and other related fields withexperience in account management and/or previous commercial work inthe automotive sector. - Knowledge of Office tools (Excel,PowerPoint, etc). - Ensure compliance with work and projectschedules. - Focused on results. - Willingness to move betweendealerships in your region. - Experience in the automotive sector. Desirable: - English level (B2-C1). - Experience in the automotivesector. Key Skills: - Person focused on customer service andmarketing benefits. - High level of interpersonal relationship foraccount management with senior levels of the company, dealers andothers involved in the service. - Able to handle uncertainty orambiguity. - Ability to assertively communicate your ideas and alsoto analyze and present information clearly. - Analytical, proactiveand efficient reasoning. - Strong influencing, negotiation andcollaboration skills, with variety and adaptability of style. -Self-motivated, proactive, entrepreneurial, tenacious and with ahigh degree of personal integrity.
