We are hiring a full-time **Customer Support Representative** role. **Key Responsibilities**: - Prioritize workflow given by the Sales Team - Identify parts and how to find/source them - Enter quote details including vendor info in Quantum (Inventory Software) - Ongoing maintenance of company database with client’s current information - Assist Account Team with order entry and open order management - Provide backup resource when Account Team member is out of the office - Key sales orders for contract accounts into Quantum **Expected Results (Output)**: - Ensure quotes are handled quickly - Ensure that clients’ orders be shipped on time - Effectively manage time across several tasks **Qualifications**: - Customer service focused and oriented - Good and understanding clients’ needs and requirements - Good at working under pressure/deadlines - Detailed understanding of how company culture’s work - Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel - Pro-active - Good at multi-tasking - Excellent communication skills - Bilingual. **Additional Requirements**: - Minimum of a high school diploma - Self-motivated and enjoys an office environment **Benefits**: - Competitive salary. - Comprehensive benefits package including paid: Legal US Holidays, Sick Days, Birthday PTO and Vacation. - Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
