Impact on our ecosystem: The Brand Development Supervisor is responsible for leading the growth strategy and commercial development of a brand portfolio within Rappi. This includes managing key accounts, executing commercial campaigns, analyzing results, and coordinating with internal teams to meet objectives. The role requires strategic thinking, commercial skills, and a strong data orientation. Responsibilities include: Serving as the main contact for assigned brands, building strong, long-term relationships. Identifying growth opportunities, promotions, strategic products, and tactical execution on the platform. Negotiating commercial agreements and defining monthly and quarterly action plans to increase orders and GMV. Coordinating with marketing, operations, and product teams to execute campaigns and ensure a great user experience. Monitoring key KPIs such as sales, SLA compliance, product availability, and stock levels. Preparing performance reports, executive presentations, and analysis for clients and internal leadership. Supporting the activation of new brands or categories within the portfolio. Leading a team of Farmers Juniors, if applicable, ensuring their development and goal achievement. Requirements to join this vibrant universe: 2–5 years of experience in commercial roles, trade marketing, business development, or sales in FMCG, technology, retail, or e-commerce. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Analytical mindset and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; knowledge of tools like Looker or Tableau is a plus. Previous experience leading key accounts or field teams is highly valued. Ability to work in dynamic environments with multiple priorities. Studies in Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related fields. Native Spanish; intermediate-advanced English preferred.
