A real estate and investment company with a strong focus on the U.S. market (Atlanta) are looking for a strategic, data-driven marketer to be in charge of the lead generation efforts and help them scale. Challenges Design and execute lead generation strategies for the U.S. market Manage campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, PR, and events Coordinate with external agencies to ensure alignment and execution Optimize the conversion funnel (awareness loyalty) Lead content planning and marketing automations Analyze performance (CPL, conversion rate, ROI, etc.) Build customer personas and define key communication strategies What are we Looking: Technologist or Bachelor's degree in in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar 4+ years in marketing, 2+ in lead generation/growth Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.) and digital analytics Advanced or bilingual English Strategic mindset and ability to work independently Background in real estate, investment, tech, or agencies is a plus What We Offer: Competitive salary up to $4.5M COP Hybrid schedule (Mon-Fri) U.S. market exposure (Atlanta) Dynamic, growth-focused environment.
