They will be part of the digital technology capability team, responsible for identifying business needs, proposing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction, innovation, relationship building, change management, and positive results. The role involves facilitating and coordinating communication of requirements, specifications, diagrams, data, and process models to project team members. Additionally, the Business Analyst will play a key role in application support activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze business challenges to recommend IT solutions, develop business processes, determine interface requirements, and resolve cross-system issues. Conduct fit-gap analysis for software evaluations, translate business requirements into functional specifications, develop detailed use case scenarios, and assist users in developing procedures. Oversee audit team activities, evaluate internal controls, develop audit programs, perform audit tasks, and review audit documentation. QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting. - CPA designation or equivalent (e.g., CCA) is required. EXPERIENCE Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience. Strong interpersonal, relationship management, negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in business process, system, and data analysis, requirements development, and familiarity with MS Office, MS Project, Visio. Extensive audit experience and understanding of business processes are essential. QUALIFICATIONS - BE/B Tech - Knowledge of business analysis and software development methodologies. - 5+ years of audit experience.
