As we continue our growth in LATAM, we are seeking a GeneralManager based in Bogotá to oversee operations, manage recruiting efforts,and drive growth in the Colombia market. Role Summary The General Manager will lead CloudPSO’sBogotá office and be responsible for daily operations, HR/recruitment, andbuilding the local team. This is a strategic leadership role requiring strongexperience in recruiting, HR, and operational management—ideally in staffing, outsourcing,or IT services industries. Key Responsibilities - Lead sourcing, recruitment, andonboarding of technical and non-technical roles. - Build and maintain strong talentpipelines for IT and professional services roles. - Develop local employer brandinginitiatives to attract top talent. Operations Management - Oversee daily operations and ensurealignment with company policies and global standards. - Manage local office administration,budgeting, and compliance. - Coordinate with U.S. and LATAMleadership to support business objectives. - Build and lead a high-performinglocal team. - Identify opportunities to expandCloudPSO’s presence in Colombia and LATAM.
