Our services include cigar rolling stations, custom favors, and premium lounge setups. With growing demand nationwide, we’re seeking a talented and client-oriented Remote Inbound Sales Associate to help turn warm leads into unforgettable events. What You’ll Do As a Remote Inbound Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for incoming inquiries. Using our proven CRM workflows, you’ll guide potential clients from curiosity to booking — helping them understand our offerings and find the perfect fit for their event. Your Daily Responsibilities: Connect with inbound leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms Manage leads and track sales progress in our CRM Qualify prospects through structured discovery (event type, guest count, budget) Present curated cigar experience packages using our proven scripts Overcome objections and close deals using objection-handling frameworks Send proposals and manage follow-ups, contracts, and questionnaires Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals Attend virtual training, team huddles, and development sessions The Ideal Candidate Fluent in English (spoken and written) Available during 9 AM–5 PM EST with flexibility for after-hours follow-ups 1–2+ years in sales, customer service, or client-focused roles (event/wedding industry is a plus) Proficient with CRM tools like Keap, HubSpot, Higher Level, Salesforce, etc. Comfortable on the phone, handling objections, and guiding conversations toward a close Highly organized and task-driven Experience with selling a service or product in the entertainment/events industry Have a professional remote setup with fast internet and a quiet environment Bonus: Comfortable conducting video calls via Zoom or Google Meet What You’ll Sell Live Cigar Rolling Stations Custom Branded Cigar Favors Whiskey Pairing Add-Ons Luxury Mobile Lounge Packages (All training, pricing guides, and pitch scripts provided.)
