We are looking for a Bilingual Water Resources Engineer English C1 with strong technical expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) modeling, engineering design, and project planning. This role supports key civil and environmental engineering initiatives related to stormwater, wastewater, and flood risk. The ideal candidate is skilled in analysis, modeling software, and fieldwork, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Engineering Design and Construction Support Process and analyze survey data to support design activities. Perform hydraulic calculations and contribute to technical design. Develop and review engineering plans, specifications, quantity takeoffs, and cost estimates. Support H&H modeling tasks using tools such as ArcGIS, HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS. Planning, Studies, Modeling, and Technical Reporting Assist in the development of water resources and wastewater system planning projects. Support related work in landscape architecture and irrigation system design. Contribute to flood risk analysis and mitigation planning efforts. Perform H&H calculations and assist with modeling projects using software such as ArcGIS, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and USEPA SWMM. Participate in field assessments and prepare technical documentation based on findings. Project Management Support Monitor task execution to ensure deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budgetary expectations. Communicate regularly with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates and support. Assist in preparing project progress reports and documentation. Track project scope and recommend changes when additional time or resources are required. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Experience with H&H modeling tools (e.g., ArcGIS, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWMM). Knowledge of water resources planning, flood mitigation, and wastewater design. Strong technical writing and reporting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
