Job Description We are launching a new operations hub in Medellin and are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Trainer to support the onboarding and development of our studio staff in Medellin. As a Trainer, you’ll be responsible for preparing new hires,for success through engaging, clear, and effective training sessions. You’ll also help support experienced team members with refreshers, coaching, and ongoing professional development. Key Responsibilities: Deliver training sessions for both new and existing team members Lead onboarding sessions for newcomers and ensure smooth integration Provide continuous feedback and conduct refresher training as needed Support updates to training materials and assist with process improvements Track and report individual development and training progress Collaborate with other departments to ensure training consistency Handle documentation and administrative tasks related to training Participate in company projects, initiatives, and studio events Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as a Trainer or in a leadership role Good command of English (B2-C1 level).
