We are seeking a HubSpot & CRM Support Specialist to take ownership of the setup, integration, and day-to-day management of our HubSpot CRM system. Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: Lead the configuration and ongoing management of the HubSpot CRM, tailored specifically to support the CEO’s outreach and follow-up processes. Integrate HubSpot with Outlook to enable real-time email tracking, contact syncing, and task coordination. Import, migrate, and organize contacts from spreadsheets or other sources into a clean, structured CRM environment. Segment contacts and implement both automated and manual follow-up sequences to optimize engagement. Build custom dashboards and reports to visualize communication performance, pipeline activity, and outreach effectiveness. Provide regular CRM maintenance, including data cleanup, deduplication, and structural updates. Support corporate communications through HubSpot, including email campaigns, messaging templates, and contact list management. Minimum requirements: Studies: Degrees related to the role of a HubSpot Administrator include Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, and related IT fields. Experience: Demonstrated experience with HubSpot CRM, including setup, automation workflows, and integrations 2+ years. Experience supporting executive-level professionals or working in fast-paced startups is a strong plus. Language: Good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.
