QA Automation Engineer - Latin America - Remote Azumo is seeking highly motivated QA Automation Engineers to test across technologies including web, cloud, microservices, SQL, NoSQL, and big data solutions. The products developed are used by millions, and the QA Engineer will serve as the quality gatekeeper for these products. This is a full remote position based in Latin America. Responsibilities: Develop test plans to assess product scalability, fault tolerance, stability, and backward compatibility. Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable test automation strategies. Evaluate various approaches and technologies for test methodologies. Diagnose, track, and resolve quality issues. The QA Engineer will be based in Latin America. Requirements Basic Qualifications: BS or Master's in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. 4+ years in software testing, including automation and test development. 1+ years coding in Java and Python. Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks, including performance testing. Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures. Experience with CI/CD and test coverage analysis. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and problem-solving passion. Preferred Qualifications: Experience testing distributed systems and service-oriented architectures. Knowledge of big data platforms like Hadoop and Kafka. Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS EC2, Docker, Redshift, EMR). Experience testing analytics, dashboards, and visualization software.
